The number of electric cars on the road worldwide is expected to increase tenfold by 2030, says the International Energy Agency (IEA).
According to the IEA’s new World Energy Outlook report, major shifts underway will result in a considerably different global energy system by 2030, but it warned that much stronger policies are needed to limit global warming.
